1/2 2011 // 30 Albums, Part 3: New World Order

As we continue to review our favorite music of the year so far, we now move to the 30 albums that, having reached us through the soniferous æther, we were able to roughly agree upon as being some of 2011′s finest. Those 30 albums have been organized into three borderline-nonsensical pseudo-generic conceptual categories. To conclude the series, a collection of albums that incorporate jazz, noise, post-rock, avant or non-Euro American elements, inverting structures and playing with expectations.
